Case erectors

Forming is the process by which a flat cardboard is erected and prepared to be sent to a filling line. Using a case erector, the packaging process is then optimized and speeded up, thus offering significant advantages in terms of efficiency and costs.

There are two options for sealing the bottom flaps of the boxes: either by self-adhesive tape or by hot melt glue.

Depending on the production rate and the level of automation of the line, there are various case erector models which are divided into two categories: semi-automatic and automatic machines.
