The machine automatically forms the boxes, folds the bottom four flaps and seals the bottom of the American-type boxes with self-adhesive tape. The machine provides adjustment by cranks with position indicators according to different box sizes.
The box is subsequently conveyed to a filling station, either manual or automatic. The flap folding system performance is assured by the perfect synchronous lever movements. The suction cup system, operated by a Venturi unit, takes the stretched cartons from the warehouse and supports them during the opening function. The compact size of the GOLDFLEX allows installation in existing lines while optimizing space.
